Assessment and Therapy Services

To get started, give us a call at 859-353-3666. We are happy to do a quick screener over the phone to see what services would be most helpful to you and your child. You can go ahead and complete our free interactive screener.


Once you have completed the checklist, you will receive a home exercise program customized specifically for your child that you can begin working on until we see you for your evaluation.


Therapy payment plans

At Hogg Therapy Pediatrics, we accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid, to help make care accessible and affordable for our patients.

However, please note that we do not currently accept the following insurance providers:

  • Caresource Marketplace
  • ChampVA
  • Cigna (Note: We accept Cigna only for Speech Therapy; it is not accepted for Occupational or Physical Therapy)
  • Wellcare Commercial
  • Optum Health

We also accept limited Aetna commercial plans—please contact us to verify if your specific plan is eligible.
For families who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we offer a private pay option as well.
