When you arrive for your first visit, you will have the opportunity to talk through your concerns with your therapist and establish a treatment plan catered to your child’s needs!

Give us a call
Our Patient Representative will be able to help you obtain a referral from your pediatrician if you don’t have one already!
Schedule an Initial Evaluation
After we receive the referral and your insurance information, our Patient Representative will call you to schedule an initial evaluation.
Complete Your Intake Forms
The Patient Representative will send you a welcome email with paperwork to be filled out prior to the appointment!
What to Bring to your child's first appointment:
1) Insurance Cards – Please bring both primary and secondary insurances
2) Completed Paperwork
3) An understanding of your child’s insurance benefits
4) Copay for Therapy
Therapy payment plans
At Hogg Therapy Pediatrics, we accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid, to help make care accessible and affordable for our patients.
However, please note that we do not currently accept the following insurance providers:
- Caresource Marketplace
- ChampVA
- Cigna (Note: We accept Cigna only for Speech Therapy; it is not accepted for Occupational or Physical Therapy)
- Wellcare Commercial
- Optum Health
We also accept
limited Aetna commercial plans—please contact us to verify if your specific plan is eligible.
For families who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we offer a
private pay option as well.
