Learning center services

  • Dyslexia Intervention

Our Dyslexia Intervention Program provides targeted, evidence-based instruction tailored to each learner’s needs. Using structured literacy approaches such as Orton-Gillingham and other multisensory methods, our Learning Specialists focus on key areas including phonemic awareness, decoding, fluency, spelling, and reading comprehension. Each child’s plan is individualized and supported by ongoing progress monitoring to ensure meaningful growth.

As part of our comprehensive approach, we are proud to be one of the few providers in the state of Kentucky offering Cogmed, a scientifically validated program that strengthens working memory and attention. Working memory is essential for concentration, learning, and resisting distractions—making Cogmed a powerful tool for students with dyslexia and related learning challenges. By combining high-quality reading intervention with cognitive training, our program helps close learning gaps, build confidence, and support lasting academic success.

    other is Clear Fluency.

Fast ForWord is an interactive language arts program with games and

exercises, separated into different components or levels, based on skill level

and grade. This track is a good choice if the client needs help with any of the

Clear Fluency is a reading program with a digital library of books that a child

reads aloud, along with comprehension and vocabulary questions. This track

mostly targets reading fluency (speed and accuracy) along with vocabulary

    building and comprehension.
