Katy attended Bethel University in Indiana, where she earned a degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology. Her studies deepened her passion for supporting children as they grow—both academically and emotionally.

Katy and her husband welcomed their sweet baby girl, Elly, in February 2025. Becoming a mother has given Katy a whole new perspective on child development and has strengthened her compassion and patience in working with young learners. Over the past 10 years—7 of those as a certified Montessori teacher—Katy has been committed to helping children grow with confidence.

Katy's time in the Montessori classroom taught her the importance of meeting each child where they are, and that philosophy continues to shape her work today. Being part of Hogg Therapy Pediatrics allows her to bring that same passion into a setting where meaningful, personalized progress is at the heart of what we do.
